PETITION FOR DIVORCE
petitioners desire to engage is thit of
merchandising, buying and selling cloth
ing, dry goods, shoes, bats and any and
all kinds of merchandise and dealing in
the same.
4. The principal office and place of bu
siness of said corporation will be at Tif-
ton, Georgia.
5. The capital stock of said company
will be the aum of $10,000.00 all of which
has been fully subscribed and 10 per cent
thereof paid in. Petitioners pray the
privilege of increasing said capital stock
to any amount not to exceed the sum of
$50,000.00 by a majority vote of it*
stockholders. Said capital stock is to he'
divided into shares of $100 each.
0. Petitioners desire the privilege of
owning such real state, and mortgaging or
selling the same, as may be necessary for
the proper conduct of its business.
7. Petitioners desire further the privi
lege of passing and enforcing such by*
laws as may be necessary for the proper
conduct of Its business, not in conflict
with the Constitution and laws of this
state or the United States.

the Governor and his party to the Exposition Grounds. Woodmen from every Camp in Georgia
will participate in the parade. All members in uniform will be admitted Free.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9—FORD DAY—The Fair Association will pay $100 for the old-
,• est Ford and $50 for the best decorated Ford in the parade. Ford parade starts in front of the
Post Office at 11 a. m. headed by the W. O. W. Band.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10—HAMPSHIRE DAY—The finest herds' of Hampshires that have
ever been exhibited in Georgia will be at this Exposition. The Dixie Stock Farm will offer at
auction, under its own tent, 150 pure bred Hampshire Sows, Gilts and Boars. E. C. Stone, Secre
tary of the American Hampshire Breeders’ Association will be in charge.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11—NEGRO DAY—Prominent negro speakers have been invited .
to deliver addresses to the Colored People. .
