The Tift Couuty Board of Education
met iu regular cession on date named

tion be called to establish a new boundary
known as the Ty Ty consolidated school
district.
The boundary will conform to the pro
posed boundary advertised July 1. Ob
jection was filed, as required by law
which prevented the establishment of the
shove boundary in July. The question
sow will be settled by tho vote of the dis-
trh’tii ufTectcd.
Au election is called for Monday, Octo
ber tith, Io*Ik> held at the three school
houses iu the three districts affected
T> Ty, F.wvlsmr, and Nipi>er. The trus
ts of the respective school* shall hold
the election ns other elections arc held aud
make returns to the County Board of
Education.
The boundary is as follow
Beginning at the southwest corner of
lot No. 207, running caRt to the intersec
tion of laud Hue of lot No. 1145, thence
south to northwest corner of lot No. 846
thence east to Ty Ty creek, thence north
along said creek to intersection of north
land line of nlot No. 345, thence east to
Little river, thence in northerly direction

with the north laud lines of lot No. 163,
thence west to Worth county line, thcncc
follow county line in southerly direction
to southwest corner of lot JJo. 207 to the
starting point
The above includes all of lots Nos.
