Suspension of Punishment. Sec. 172. Each day’s willful failure of a parent, guardian or other person in charge and control of a child as aforesaid, after the expiration of ten - days from such notice, to cause the child to attend school, “ when such attendance is required by this section, shall con stitute a separate offense.
