‘IMIAT the Act passed at the last
*■ Session of the G neral Assembly to
altar tic 3d, 7tb and 12th Sections of
the first Article and the Ist and 3d
S rtions of the 3d Article of the Con
stitution, be published in all the news
papers of this State until the first
Monday in October next, and that the
Justices of the Inlerior Court in each
‘•ounty. be r quested to cause a copy
of the said Act to be pasted upon the
hor of the Court House and at the
most conspicuous place in every Cap
tain’s District of their county.

aN ACT to alter the third, seventh,
and twelfth Sections of the first ar
ticle, and the first and third sec
tions of the third article of the Con
stitution of tins State.
Whereas a part of the third section
■f the first article of tiio Constitution
s in the follow ing wmrds, to wit: “The
Senate shall be elected annually.” A
part of seventh section of the first
article is in the following words—
‘The Representatives shall he chosen
annually.’ And a part of the twelfth
section of the first article, is in the
following words—‘The meeting of the
General Assembly shall be annually.”
And whereas, a part, of the first
section ot the third article is in the
following words, to wit; “The Judges
of the Superior Courts shall be elect
v and for khe tri mos three years.* And
paid of tl e third section of the third
article, is in the 101 l owing words—
‘there shall be a State's Attorney
and Solicitors appointed by the Legis
lauu e, and columns oued by the Gov.
ernor, who shall h dd fheir offices for
the term of tnree years.’’ And win re
as, the before reviled clauses, require
