.ANOTHER
; WOMAN
CURED
■* By Lydia E. Pinkhani’s
Vegetable Compound
Black Duck, Minn.—“About a year
ago 1 wrote you that I was sick and
could not do any of
my housework. ‘My
sickness was called
Retroflexion. When
1 would sit down I
felt as if I could not
getup. 1 took
Lyclia E. Pinkhani’s
Vegetable Com
pound and did just
as you told me and
now r I am perfectly
cured, and have a
.big baby boy.” —
Mrs. Anna Anderson, Box 10, Black
Buck, Minn.
Consider This Advice.
No woman should submit to a surgi
cal operation, which may mean death,
until she has given Lydia E. Pinkhani’s
Vegetable Compound, made exclusive
ly from roots and herbs, a fair trial.
This famous medicine for women
has for thirty years proved to be the
most valuable tonic and invigorator of
the female organism. Women resid
ing in almost every city and town in
the United States bear willing testi
mony to the wonderful virtue of Lydia
E. Pinkham’s Vegetable Compound.
1 It cures female ills, and creates radi
ant, buoyant female health. If you
are ill, for your own sake as well as
those you love, give it a trial.
Mrs. Pinkliam, at Lynn, Mass.,
invites all sick women to write
her for advice. Her advice is free,
•»,nd always helpful.

First of the Supreme Court.
Among the many birthdays
that have passed with little or
no public observance is the 120th
anniversary 01 the first meet
ing of the Supreme Court which
convend ready lor business Feb,
I, 1790, in New York, then the
seat of Government. The act for
its organization had been ap»
proved in September, 1789, but
the court was slow in getting
started, and on convening found
little to do. It was than regarded
as a great institution, and suits
were few’ Ineeed, for the first
decade of its existence there were
rarely more than ten cases filed
before it in a year. Now all that
is changed, and despite the relief
afforded it by the Circuit Court
of Appeals, created in 1891, its
dockets are crowded. The rush
of business did not become over*
powering until 1875, when the
average filings were more than
one case a day. The Supreme
Court has “grown” with the
growth of the nation to become
what it is today, the most author
itative judicial tribural in thj
world.—Boston Transcript.
