In pursuance of an order of the Court of
Ordinary of said county, will be sold on tho
first Tuesday in February, 1911, before the
court house door in said county, between the
legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for
cash, the following property to wit: Seven
ty-five (75) acres, more or less, in the
north-west corner of lot of land number
twenty-one (21); also the south half of lot
of land number forty-four (44), exc'epi two
and one-half (2 1-2) acres in the south
west corner of said lot; also tWQ and one-
half (2 1-2) acres of land off of lot of land
number forty-four [44] commencing at the
sduth-west corner, running north along land
line one acre; thence east two and one-half
(2 1-2) acres, and fifty acres in the north
east corner of lot of land number twenty
commencing at the north-east corner and
running south along the original line one
hundred and twenty-one (121) rods and
fifteen and 3-5 links and thence due west
sixty-four (64) rods, thirty-one and 5-6
(31 5-6) links; thence north one hundred
and twenty-two (122) rods, fifteen and
three-fifths (15 3-5) links; thence east
along original line to starting point; all of
the above tracts containing two hundred and
twentyvfive (225) acres, more or less, all
in the sixth district of Carroll county, Geor-
gia. ?A one-half undivided interest in
the above described property is sold in pur
suance of an order of said Court, aforesaid;
same sold as the sroperty of W. W. Lane,
deceased, late of said county. At the same
time and place will be sold the remaining
one-half undivided interest in the above de
scribed property, said latter one-half belong
ing to Mrs. Joe Gaddy; the above de
scribed property sold for the purpose of dis
tribution among the heirs at law of said.W.

sold by virtue of a fi fa issued from the Jus
tice Court of the 1527 District, G. M., of
said coumy, in favor of Roop Hardware
Co., against G. W. Webb.

Webb and found in possession of G. J.

uary term, 1911, will be sold before the
courthouse door of said county, with.n the
legal hours of sale, on the fir?t Tuesday in
February, 1911 at publia outcry to the
highest bidder for cash, the following prop
erty to wit:
AH of lot of land No. 180 in the 3rd dis
trict of said county, containing 2021-2 acres
more or less, 50 acres, more or less, on the
south side of lot of land No, 181 in the 3rd
district of said county ; 40 acres more or less,
located in the south-east corner of lot of
land No. 202 in the 3rd district of said
county, all the above described property
known as the G. W. Camp place. Also the
south half of lot of land No. 54 in the 5th
district of said county containing 100 acres
more or less; and lot of land No. 43 in the
9th district of said county, containing 202-
1-2 acres, more or less.
Sold as the property of G. W. Camp, late
of Cherokee county, Ala., deceased', for the
purpose of paying debts and distribution
among the heirs at law of the said G. W.
