The petition of Rev J McD Radford, Rev
R S McGaraty, Rev T J Pearce, J J Barge
and W C Morris, .espectfully shows:
1. On July 31, 1891, F H M Henderson
and others applied for charter apd were
duly incorporated into the 1 Board of Church
Extension of Georgia Conference of the
Methodist Protestant Church” and that your
petitioners are their successors in office,
which fact is shown on the minute book of
Carroll Superior Court of the July Special
term 1891, page 411 and 412, and also on
the book ot charters of Carroll Superior
Court page 17.
2. The term of the charter of a-.id cor
poration will expire on the 31st of July.1911
3. Petitioners desire a renewal of said
charter for a term of twenty years with the
privilege of the further renewal at the ex
piration of the said term, and file herewith
an abstract of \he minutes of the corpora
tion autharizing this petition.
Wherefore petitioners pray for a renewal
of charter as set out herein with such priv
ileges as are allowed by law to a similar cor

COMMUTATION ROAD TAX.

It is ordered that the following rate of
Commution Road Tax for road purposes be
and the same is hereby levied: i$3.5U)
three and .50 dollars. Or in lieu thereof
work (7) seven days on the public roads in
said county, during the year 1911. The
above road tax may be settled by April 1st,
1911, by paying f$3.00) three dollars in
cash. Given under my hand and official

By virtue of an order of the Court of Or
dinary of said county, passed at the March
term, 1911, will be sold before the court
house door of said county, within the legal
hours' of sale, on the first Tuesday in April
1911. at public out cry, to the highest bidder
for cash, the following real estate, to wit:

lot of land No. 278 in the 6th District of
said county, the same being the place on
which T R Rutledge, late of said county
deceased, lived at the time of his death
and known as the T. R. Rutledge home

engine and boiler, bold as the property of
