Little Miss Estelle Bass enter
tained quite a number of her little
friends at a birthday party Tues
day afternoon at the home of her
mother, Mrs. B. F. Bass, on New
nan street. After various games
were played the children were
served to a delicious ice course.
A strong line of attractions are
being secured for the A. and M.
Fair. The attractions will all be
clean and moral. The free attrac
tions alone will be worth the price

Mr. Felix Sharp has returned to
his home in Gainesville, Fla,, after a
very pleasant visit to friends and
relatives in this county.
The U. D. C. will have their regu
lar monthly meeting next Wednes
day afternoon at 3:20 in the chapter

bank at Bremen, Ga., on Tuesday,
the 12th inst., one of our former
citizens, Mr. G. R. Adamson, was
elected president of this institution,
