Sale of Dr. Fitts’ Property
G EORGIA---Carroll County.
Will be sold on the first Tuesday in
November, 1018, within tlio legal hours
ot' sale, before the court house door of
said county, to the highest bidder, for
cash, the following described property,
to-wit:
That property situated on Pixie street,
iu the city of Carrollton, Carroll county,
Ga., known as the W. L. Fitts home
place, fronting ou said street 171 feci,
running back west of equal width 250
feet, bounded on the north by the
property of B. M. Long, and on the
south by property of S. C. Kytle. It
will be offered for sale in the following
order:
Parcel A—A lot of 40 feet on Dixie
stvoct by 250 feet, on north side of
tract adjoining the property of B. M.

Parcel B—A lot 40 feet on Dixie
said tract adjoining the property of S.
