Sale of Dr. Fitts’ Property
GEORGIA—Carroll County.
Will be sold on the first Tuesday in
November, 1918, within the legal hours
of sale, before the court house door ol
said county, to the highest bidder, for
'•ash, the following described property,
to-wit:
That property situated on Dixit* stm
in the citv of Carrollton, Carroll county,
Ga„ known as the W. L. Kitts home
place, fronting on said street 171 Lwt
running back west of equal width -50
feet, bounded on the north by the
property of B. M. Long, and oil the
south by property of S. C. Kytle. It
will be offered for sale in the following
order:
Parcel A—A lot of 40 feet on Dixie
street by 250 feet, on north side oi
tract adjoining the property of B. M.
Long, on which is located the smoke
house.
Parcel B—A lot 40 feet ou Dixie
said tract adjoining the property of B.
| street by 250 feet, on the south side of
1 K.vtle, on which is partly located the
I barn, the purchaser of said parcel to
get all of the barn provided he moves it
within ninety days, otherwise only that
part on land.
Parcel C—The center lot 91 feet on

is situated the dwelling and the servant

All of the tract will then be offered
as a whole and if in the aggregate it
sells for more, said bid will be accepted.
An undivided 2-S interest in this
property is sold by W. L. Fitt- guar
dian of Nell, Dorothy and Catherine
Fitts by virtue of an order from the
court of ordinary of said county grant
ed at the October term, 1918.
The remaining 1-3 interest is sold by
the owners thereof, to-wit: ( has. hitts,
who owns 2-9 and Mrs. Angie Simou-
tou, who op ns 1-9, they to execute title
to their respective interests.
