Twiggs, the now Secretary of tho Carroll County Trade Board, comes to us highly rocommonded from Cartersvillo, Ga. Mr. Twiggs made a very favorable impression on tho Board of Directors and it is hoped that ho will use all his forces toward pushing tho work of the Trade Board. It now depends upon tho peoplo of the town to co-operate with Mr. Twiggs and help him to make a success of this work. Commissioner Broom has just com pleted tho last lap of tho Bankhead highway from Carrollton to Villa Rica nnd is now engaged in building a stnte highway from Cnrrellton to Bremen, which is part of state highway No. 1, from Chattanooga, Tenu., to Tallahas see, Fla.
