The potition of P. L. Shaefor, of said
county and state, and Mrs. Mario J.
Sliaofcr and F. C. Shaefor, of the city
of Atlanta, Pulton county, Georgia,
respectfully shows:
1. That they desire for themsolvos.
their associates and successors to be
incorporated for a period of twenty
(20) years with the privilege of ro-
mowal, under tho corporatod name and
style of Carrollton Roller Covering
Company.
2. The principal place of business
■will be in or near the city of Carroll
ton, Carroll county, Goorgia, and they
are desirous for the corporation the
privilege of establishing and maintain
icg branch offices, agencies, factories
and sales rooms anywhere in said
state, or elsewhere whenever tlioy may
desire to do so.
Tho object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain for itself and its stock
holders.
4. The principal business to be car
ried on by said corporation is tho cov
ering of cotton mill rollers, and jobbing
•f roller covering supplies of all kinds
and description, and tho purchase, ac
quisition, sell and otherwise doaling in
for tjjemselvoB and for others, roller
covering supplios of all kinds.
5. Incident to the purposo of said
corporation, petitioners desire for the
corporation tho right to purchase, ac-
juire, and otherwise deal, for themselves
and others, in every kind and descrip
tion of roller covering supplies, all sorts
«f skins, padding and glues and all
kinds of machinery and tools and ma
terial capable of use in tho manufacture
of said articles and commodities; and
to purchase, lease, sell or othorwiso ao
quire, control and disposo of real and
personal property; to make contracts;
to issue bonds and secure same in any
manner that they may desire; to pur
chase or otherwise acquire, control, sell,
convey or otherwise disposo of, the right
to use trade names, and trade mark
patents, patent rights, inventions, se-

sary or useful in the conducting of its
business; to purchase, acquire, hold and
vote the Bhares of capital stock and
bonds of other corporations where not

•Juno Term, 1923, will be sold at public
outcry boforo tho court houso of said

on tho first Tuesday in December, 1923,
within tho legal hours of sale, the fol
lowing property, to-wit:
Storo houso and lot at Veal, snid
state and county, tho lot containing
onc-hnlf acre, more or leas, the same
being the McLendon storo houso and
lot. This store house nnd lot hold sub
ject, to a security jlecd in favor of tho
Lovvorn Grocery Company, Bowdon.
Georgia, it being agroed however, that
tho same bo sold freo-of liens nnd an
administrator’s deed executed to pur
chaser and the holders of security doed
taking the purchaso prico and cancell
ing doed of record.
Also, a vacant lot in tho City of Car
rollton, and being known and described
in the plan of said city as lot No. 6 of
the Maplo Street Addition, as shown by

last described property is held subject

Bank of Bowdon taking tho purchase

groceries, shoes and such things as are

failed to pay said notes at maturity,
