Mr. nnd Mrs. Lundon Moore and children, from above Carrollton, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wylie Storey nnd family. Mr. and Mrs. Boy J. Stallings spent from Friday until Monday with his brother, Mr. and Mrs. Mansion Stal lings, nnd family, of Simpson, Heard county. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Webb nnd family, of Carrollton, enjoyed a chitterlin sup per given by his sister, Mrs. Alice. Tay lor, Friday night. Mrs. James Storey is on the sick list. Wc hope she will soon be well again. Mrs W. L. and Josie Little spent Inst Friday afternoon with the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Lyle, and family, of near Bcthcsdn. Several from this community attend ed preaching at Oak Grove Sunday morning and Sunday night and report a good sermon both times by Rev; Colo. Misses Callie nnd Emma Talley Bpent Tuesday with Mrs. Alico Taylor and daughter, Mrs. Jesse Phillips. Several from this community were in Cnjrollton shopping Saturday after noon. Mr. and Mrs. James Little, of Whoop ing Creek, spent Monday with liis par ents’, Mr. nnd Mrs. W. L. Little, and family. Miss Ophie Traylor returned home Tuesday from a visit to. Mrs. J. L. Walker, of Bethesda, who has been quite ill with measles. She reports hor some better. j Mrs. R. M. Meigs and children, of Star Point, spent Saturday afternoon with Mrs. J .R. Shadinger and children.
