The reports of the Convention
from the field showed an increase of
interest and number since the last
Convention in March. Places that
heretofore had failed to organize any
kind of Sunday School are now hope
fully at work. Over two thirds of
the churches are at work on this line,
The people are waking up to the
fact that this is a medium not only
of education but of keeping up
their country and homes. They
begin to realize that the public
school and one a-month church meet
ing is not enough to protect their
children and bring them up right.

The case against J A M Smith in
the county court Tuesday for creating
a disturbance at a school in Wolf
Pitt district brought quite a crowd
