42 sentenced in State Court last week Town police departments list arrests
FORTY-TWO PEOPLE were
sentenced in State Court proceed
ings last week, including the fol
lowing:
•Bernardo Garcia Salmeron,
possession of methamphetamine,
$1,500 fine, six years probation
and waive fourth amendment
rights.
•Jennifer Irene Davidson, speed
ing and obstruction of an officer
(reduced to disorderly conduct),
$322 fine. A charge of tail light
violation was dismissed.
•Antonio Bennette Grant, driv
ing while license suspended or
revoked (reduced to no license),
$500 fine.
•Casey Eugene Kimsey, safety
belt violation, $25 fine. Charges
of possession of marijuana and
possession of a drug-related object
were dismissed.
•Christopher Robert McAndrew,
DUI, 12 months probation, 10
days in jail, 240 hours community
service, Risk Reduction Program,
drug and alcohol evaluation and
ignition interlock system. Charges
of reckless driving and speeding
were dismissed.
•Michael Anthony Noel, failure
to stop for stop sign, $500 fine
and 12 months probation. Charges
of obstruction of an officer and
driving without license were dis
missed.
•Shannon Mikel Veitch, deposit
account fraud, restitution, six days
in jail and 12 months probation.
•Eddie Roger Allen, disorderly
conduct, 12 months probation and
$500 fine.
•Christine Anderson, DUI
(reduced to reckless conduct) and
no signal when changing lanes,
$1,373 fine and Risk Reduction
Program. Charges of speeding and
following too closely were dis
missed.
•Phillip Bailey, DUI, $300 fine,
12 months probation, 24 hours
in jail, Risk Reduction Program
and 40 hours community service.
Charges of driving while license
suspended or revoked, creating a
hazardous condition, operating a
vehicle without a valid tag and tire
violation were dismissed.
•Edward Wilson Bell, speeding,
$500 fine and 12 months proba
tion. A charge of driving while
license suspended or revoked was
dismissed.
•Gerald Anthony Clark, reckless
driving (reduced to failure to main
tain lane), $143 fine. A charge of
laying drags was dismissed.
•Brittany Ann Crotsley, no proof
of insurance, $200 fine.
•James Joseph Mackey, weav
ing over road, $143 fine. Charges
of DUI, open container violation
and driving too fast for conditions
were dismissed.
•Juan Gilberto Martinez, DUI,
12 months probation, 40 hours
community service, 24 hours in
jail, $600 fine and Risk Reduction
Program. Charges of driving under
the influence of multiple substanc
es, failure to maintain lane, reck
less driving and windshield viola
tion were dismissed.
•David Tyler Myers, DUI, $600
fine, 12 months probation, 24 hours
in jail, Risk Reduction Program
and 40 hours community service.
A charge of failure to maintain a
lane was dismissed.
•Paula Michelle Pethel, driv
ing while license suspended or
revoked (reduced to no license on
person), $100 fine.
•Jonathan Proctor, driving while
license suspended or revoked, $500
fine and 12 months probation.
•Daniel Scott Roche, simple bat
tery, 12 months probation, $300
fine and attend family violence
classes. A charge of interference
with a call for emergency assis
tance was dismissed.
•Dallas Phillip Stephens, DUI
(reduced to reckless driving),
$1,000 fine, 12 months probation
and Risk Reduction Program. A
charge of speeding was dismissed.
•Jessica Tims, disorderly con
duct, seven days in jail, no contact
with the victim, 12 months proba
tion and mental health evaluation.
•John Willie Timms, DUI, $600
fine, 12 months probation, Risk
Reduction Program, 40 hours com
munity service and 24 hours in
jail. Charges of operating a vehicle
without a valid tag and following
too closely were dismissed.
•Hugh Flint Totherow, disorderly
conduct, $200 fine.
•Ted Steven Williams, driv
ing while license suspended or
revoked, $500 fine. Charges of no
proof of insurance and operating
a vehicle without a valid tag were
dismissed.
•Tabitha Allen, headlight viola
tion, $50 fine.
•Traci Lynn Avrett, driving while
license suspended or revoked and
failure to stop for stop sign, $200
fine.
•Sonya Evonne Bales, operating
a vehicle without a valid tag and
no proof of insurance, $426 fine.
•Justin Lee Booth, no proof of
insurance, $283 fine.
•Mickey Jue Bryant, no tag, $50
fine. A charge of driving without a
license was dismissed.
•Jason Bruce, giving a false
name to a law enforcement officer,
$200 fine.
•Cheryl A. Cline, failure to move
to the left, $50 fine.
•Laura May Davis, allowing a
person under age 18 to ride in the
back of a pick up truck.
•Wilson Enrique Diaz, posses
sion of marijuana, $703 fine.
•Shelly Ervin, no proof of insur
ance, $25 fine.
•William Howard Ferguson,
allowing an unlicensed person to
drive, $143 fine.
•Jose Ascencion Gantes, window
glaze violation and driving without
a license, $286 fine.
•Iris Tonette Gilmore, headlight
violation, no proof of insurance,
giving a false name or address
to a law enforcement officer and
driving while license suspended
or revoked, $1,400 fine and 12
months probation. A charge of
possession of marijuana was dis
missed.
•Justin Gray, fleeing or attempt
ing to elude a police officer and no
proof of insurance, $200 fine and
probation. Charges of weaving
over roadway, driving without a
license and alteration of tag were
dismissed.
•Donald Lee Jones, obstruction
of an officer, $500 fine. A charge
of weaving over road was dis
missed.
•David Y. Koh, failure to move
to the left, $283 fine.
•Kenneth Eugene Mangum, no
proof of insurance and suspended
license, $600 fine and probation.
•Kevin Lee Martinez, possession
of marijuana and speeding, $846
fine.
