Sales of l.anda by Administrator*, Executor*
and Guardians, are required by law to lie held on
the first Tuesday in each month, between the
hours of tcu in the forenoon and three in the itfter
noon, at the court house in the county in which
the property is situated.
Notices of these sales must be giion in a public
gazette 40 days previous.
Notices of sales of peisoual property must tie
given in a public gazette 10 days previous to sale.
Notice to debtors ami creditors of an estate
must, bo published to days.
Notice that application will be made to the
Court of Ordinary for leave to sell land must be
published two months.
Citations for letters of Administration, Gmrdi
anship Ac., must bo published 80 days.
Citations for dismission from administration,
once a month for six months.
