An Ordinance to Amend Section Two
Hundred and Fifty-Two of the Code of
tte City of Griffin, and to Prescribe the
Character of Walls and the Thickness
Thereof Within tte Fire Limits of the
City of Griffin:
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Conn-'
oil of the city of Griffin, That from and af
ter the passage of thia ordinance, that Sec
tion two hundred and fifty-two of the
code of tte dty of Griffin be amended by
adding after the words *rock or brick” tte
word* “having walls of a thicknero of not
less than thirteen inches,” so that tte said
■action, when so amended, shall read aa
follows: Tte fire limits of the City-es
Griffin shall be bounded on the north by
Broadway street, cast by Sixth street,
■oath by Tayter street, west by Eighth
street. No building shall be erected with
in aaid limits not built of rock « brick
■nd having walls of a thicknero of not less
than thirteen inches, covered with alate,
tin or metal roof
And be it farther ordained by authority
of aforeaaid, That ordinances and parte of
ordinances in coafiict with thia ordinance
be, and the same are hereby repealed.
