M C. A. Mona day afternoon at 5 o’clock It is not Tlecessary to be a member of the asso ciation to attend this meeting, and it is hoped a large crowd will be present. Postmaster Bailey requests us to state for the benefit of some, that the war tax stamps are not to be used as postage on letters. He says several letters have been placed in hia office with these stamps on them, and that they will be held for want of postage.
