An Ordinance.
An Ordinance to fix the term of office
tbe manner and time of election of City
Attorney for the city of Griffin. Beit or
dained by the mayor and council of the
city of Griffin, and it is hereby ordained
by authority of same. That from and af
ter the passage of this ordinance the City
Attorney shall hold hia offloe for the term,
of two years and until his successor is
elected and qualified, and shall be elected
by ballot by the mayor and council of
said city at tbe last meeting in November,
1898, and at the same meeting bi-anually
thereafter. Be it farther ordained that all
ordinances and parts of ordinances in con
flict with this ordinance be, and the same
are hereby repealed.
