A dispatch from Washington to the
Atlauta Journal says the delay in the
movement of the Third Georgia regi
ment is due to the necessity of trans*
porting the engineers and artillery to
Cuba. General Corbin said this morn
ing that the Third Georgia would not
be ordered mustered out, but would go
to Cuba just as soon as a transport
could be bad.
