the March term of said court, 1699, I will
sell to the highest bidder, before the court
house door in Griffin, Georgia, between
the legal hours of sale, on the first Tues
day in April, 1899, the following proper
ty.- Two thirds (,} interest in twenty
three acres of land, more or less, bounded
as follows: North by lands of J. T.
Beasley, east by lands of E. T. Kendall,
south by lands of Mrs. Sarah Beasley and
B. C. Head and west by lands of W. J.
Bridges. Sold for the purpose of encroach
ing on corpus of ward’s estate for their
