Council'Proecedings.
Council met in regular^session last
night. Present: Mayor Stewart,
Aldermen Moore, Patrick, Burr and
Deane; absent, Aldermen Morris,
Powell, Word and Newton.
The clerk called the roll and
announced no quorum. The mayor
ordered a fine of one dollar each to
be recod red against tbe absent mem¬
bers and the council adjourned.
