holders was held nt the office of
the Secretary, on the flrst Tuesday
of this month. The meeting not
having been advertised a quorum
was not present and it adjourned
to meet at this date and place. We
are not prepared to report much
progress tor the past year, and the
operations of the association have

ciation, concluded to abandon the
idea of having an annual Fair. This
announcement was a disappoint
ment to many of our friends, and
