There was no apprehension expressed, however, of the defeat of the dem ocratic candidate. The Montezuma Record bns a few nice words to say about tho Mechanics’ new hose reel, as fol lows; We became attached to a pretty four wheel hose reel made by Summers A Murphey, carriage makers, of Barneivillc, for the Mechanic Fire Company of Ameri- cus, on account of this association. It is named “C. F. Crisp,” and has a photograph of Judge Crisp mounted on it. On a card attach ed to it are these words: “ Saved by a ‘scratch’ from a $150,000 Arc.” Wo hope the “C. F. Crisp” will come out of many contests victoriously. Another Marriage. Mcntetutns Record- Mr. Judson L.
