zuma to-day. Both sides have been
. trying to arrange the game and at last
the date has been fixed upon.
The Americas team, in company with
many others, will leave hero this after
noon at 2:30 and will return at night.
Americus feels sure her team will be
victorious, as it is composed of some ex
cellent players.

The Wire Grounded.
The lightning yesterday afternoon
caused the grounding of a wire on the
inside circuit, and all incandescent lights

The Macon street railway on Sunday
hauled 5,003 passengers. The travel
would have been greater had there been
more cars with which to accommodate
