and City Council of Americas, and It Ir

Sec. 2. Be It further ordained by the au

"hall neglect or refuse to pay ouch taxes by
the90th day of Pecember of each year, shall
bo entered upon the list of defaulters, and
the Clerk and Treasurer shall forthwith, aa
early aa practicable. Issue execution against

execution shall boar test In the name of the
Mayor and City Council of Americas and be
directed to the Manhal, who shall, by levy
