Report of street committee recom
mending that tbe bill boards erected by
Messrs. Cain A Brown be allowed to re
main was received and adopted.
The committee on street railroad was
granted farther time.
The street committee was authorized
to erect * shelter in front of tbe city's
stables.
The attention of council was called to
the railroad crossing on north Leo
street, and on motion of Alderman
Logan it was ordered that the’ Central
railroad authorities be notified to put
said crossing in good and safe condi
tion at once, and that said work be done
