I BIG SALE CONTINUED]
ANOTHER WEEK!
I During the past ten days we have held the most successful SALE, conducted by R. L McKee, ever held in Americus and we de- ®
sire to thank the people of this section for their hearty and cordial response to the ad.vertisements. Every promise has been more
than fulfilled. While we have conducted this sale at a most enormous loss, yet at the same time we deemed it good business to
I accept these losses quickly for it is an undeniable fact that the re-adjustment period is on in all lines and lower prices are
inevitable and we propose to be ready so r the change.
Now then, owing to the fact that a great many people whose pay-day comes during the middle of the month have been I
vented from obtaining their needs during this sale and furthermore owing to the facet that the sale has made lots of Remnants,
broken lots, etc., in all the various departments, we have decided to give all those who have been prevented in the past ten days
an opportunity to obtain what they wish through this coming week. We have gone through the stock and in many cases further
price changes have been made and you will be given the benefit of them.

During the past ten days and in the week to come, with limited sales help, we arc particularly anxious that every .customer be served promptly, and with every cour
tesy. it is manifestly impossible for us to do this unless we receive proper consideration from the buyer. Therefore:
Now, Ladies, “for the love of Mike,” be as considerate as possible. Don’t take the time of the sales force needlessly. I hey are anxious to serve you agreeably and
promptly, but we ask that yop make your decisions as quickly as possible.
