District Agricultural College, und ex
cellent progres Is shown there already,
Tho contractors, represented by Mr. J.
M. Ilnssett and'Mr. John \V. Sblver,

four days ago and already the main
walls of the large academic building
and the boys dormitory are rising rap
idly. About forty men inre employed
upon the college buildings, and from
this time forward progress will bo

can be done In safety. Tho contract

well in advance of that date. A pro

not yet been entirely completed, but
this will bo done within tho current

REALTY ON AVENUE IS
SOLD EOR A PRICE
While it is universally recognized that the Taffeta Paitiroat alone
lenders possible the perfect fit and hang of a dress skirt, yet it has
heretofore been an expensive and most unsatisfactory luxury, because
the fabrics would crack and split without any apparent reason. Wo
offer yon today a garment that possesses that pure silk swish whi h
emanates only from the highest quality of Taffeta. They have the
tieautfful mould-like curve over the hips, eliminating hat ‘ pulling up
fullness’’ in front when the str'ngs are drawn around Ihe waist.
S3 Attached to the waist band of every one of these Petticoats
is a positive guarantee against cracking or splitting. Look for
it.
Prices from $5.90 to $15.00.

purchasing from l’erry A Brown tlioir
undivided one half interest in three
stores on Cotton avenue and extending
irom Drieo ulley southward to the
Parker warehouse property. While the
buildings are comparatively small the
property is most desirably located,
and even slight Improvement will
enhance its value greatly. Mr. Speer,
however, contemplates making sub
stantial improvements and thus render
these stores most desiraliln. Tho con

Invest in Diamonds.
Already great leapa and bounds have been nude in diamond values,
bat the present prices will seem extremely email in comparison with
the prices a few years hence.
Buy a diamond now, but don’t do it blindly. Act under our re.
liable and experienced guidance. Not the big earner, but the wiae
inveetor, will be the future capitalist. Think tbit over.
