Mott has moved his family into the Kleckley residence on Broad street. Mr. II. A. Peacock went over to Cordele last Sunday. Mr. Asa Royal has moved his family to the Caskey residence Oglethorpe street below the depot Mr. G. W. C. Munro, of Pu nam was a visitor here Sunday. Mr. R. II. Stokes, of Buena Vista, was in Ellaville Monday. There has been a considerable increase in the travel to our town since the new schedules have been in effect. Mr. W. C. Harris, of LaCrosse, spent Tuesday night in Ellaville. Hon. J. S. Rogers, 4 of Doyle, was in Ellaville Monday. Mrs. E. B. Ilornady and Miss Mary Hornady spent Tuesday in Americus doing Christmas shop ping. Dr. H. S. Munro is hypnotizing the people ot Aumston, Ala., this week. Mr. T. A. Collins, proprietor of the big Suwanee Hotel in Cordele, spent a day or two here this week. Col. and Mrs. Graham Forrester of Washington, D. C., arc visiting the family of Prof. R. V. Forres ter. Col. Forrester holds a lucrative government position at the nation al capital. Dr. C. G. Jones has^ been on the sick list this week. Hope to see him up on the streets soon. A wedding of much interest to the people of Ellaville will be the marriage of Mr. E. E. Collins and Miss Minilu Williamson which happy event will take place next Tuesday evening at the home of Rev. and Mrs. R. F. Williamson. Both are well known young people and deservedly popular and have a number of friends who are reserv ing congratulations for them. A pretty line of Christmas goods at Mrs. Allen’s. Dr. B. L. Bridges is spending a day or twain Atlanta this week. Mr. W. J. Payne left yesterday for Hawkinsville where he goes on business. Rev. D. D. Bateman is spending the week in Lyons and McRae, lie will return Saturday accompan ied by his charming daughter, Miss Mary Bateman, who has been at tending South Georgia College at McRae.
