lows: On March 4, 2021, at
11:37 p.m., Deputy Patrick
Saunders of the Lamar
County Sheriff’s Office con
ducted a traffic stop on a
vehicle driven by Dazzmine
Latimore due to the fact
that the vehicle had a
suspended registration. The
stop took place on Highway
36 East at Buck Snort Road
in Lamar County, Georgia.
As Mr. Latimore exited his
vehicle, he made a spon
taneous statement to Dep.
Saunders that he had been
smoking marijuana. Dep.
Saunders noticed on the
ground where Mr. Lati
more’s vehicle had turned
around was a brown leather
bag which contained the
following: two (2) bags of
suspected marijuana; eleven
(11) sealed packages of sus
pected THC oil; a handgun;
and keys to Mr. Latimore’s
vehicle. The handgun had
been reported stolen from
Wilcox County, Georgia. Mr.
Latimore was then arrested
and charged with, among
other offenses, felony
possession of marijuana,
possession of a controlled
substance, possession of a
firearm during the commis
sion of a felony, and theft by
receiving stolen property.
As he was being searched
pursuant to the arrest,
$3,236.00 in cash was found
on his person. The cash was
seized by Dep. Saunders at
that time.
Claimants who may have
an interest in said property
are DAZZMINE LATIMORE.
Said property was used in
violation of O.C.G.A. § 9-16-1
et. seq., and 16-13-49 et. seq.

County Deputy Brandon
Goins was monitoring traffic
on Interstate 75 South near
mile marker 201 when he
observed a vehicle driven
by Anthony C. Rivera cross
the divider line several
times. A traffic stop was
conducted near mile marker
200 in Lamar County, Geor
gia. While speaking with Mr.
Rivera, Dep. Goins could
smell the odor of marijuana
emanating from inside of
the vehicle. Mr. Rivera indi
cated that he had been ar
rested in November of 2020
on a marijuana charge and
that he had a THC vape pen
in the vehicle. A probable
cause search of the vehicle
was conducted and six (6)
THC vape pens were found
in the vehicle. Deputies also
found six bags of suspected
marijuana in the trunk of
the vehicle. The total weight
of suspected marijuana in
the vehicle exceeded four
(4) ounces. Also found in
the center console of the
vehicle was $5,352.00 in
cash, which was packaged
in banded bundles consis
tent with that used in drug

Conduct giving such
rise to said seizure was as
follows: On March 10, 2021,
Lamar County deputies
were patrolling Interstate 75
near mile marker 200 and
initiated a traffic stop on a
vehicle driven by Roddrick
Antonio Oneal for follow
ing a trailer at an unsafe
distance and also because
Mr. Oneal was not wearing
his seatbelt properly. Before
the vehicle stopped, Deputy
Mike Brayton noticed that
the passenger, Eltoddrick
Allen Oneal, was making
furtive movements inside of
the vehicle. Once the stop
was effectuated, the passen
ger was seen grabbing cash
from the glove compart
ment and shoving it into his
pants. The driver stated to
the deputy that he did not
have his driver’s license
with him at that time. Both
the driver and the passen
ger were verbally combative
and had an overall agitated
demeanor. Dep. Brayton
could also smell the odor of
marijuana emanating from
the vehicle. The occupants
were asked to exit the
vehicle and due to their be
havior, both were searched
for officer safety. Suspected
marijuana was also found
concealed in the pants of El
toddrick Oneal (passenger).
A probable cause search of
the vehicle was conducted
where more cash was found.
The cash that was found
both in the vehicle and on
the passenger’s person had
been packaged in banded
bundles consistent with
that used in drug transac
tions. The total amount of
cash was $31,944.00, and it
was seized by the deputies.
Both men were arrested at
that time and transported
to the Lamar County Deten
tion Center in the same
patrol vehicle. Once the
men were removed from
the vehicle, it was searched
and a quantity of suspected
cocaine (more than one
gram) was found in the
seat where the men were
seated. The vehicle’s seat
had been searched prior to
both men being detained
and transported. Defendant
Roddrick Antonio Oneal
has an extensive criminal
history involving charges
for Possession of Cocaine
with Intent to Distribute,
Possession of Cocaine and
Distribution of Cocaine.
Defendant Eltoddrick Allen
Oneal also has an extensive
criminal history involving
charges for Distribution
of Cocaine, Possession of
Marijuana with Intent to
Distribute and Possession of
a Controlled Substance.
Claimants who may have

ALLEN ONEAL. Said prop
erty was used in violation

rise to said seizure was
as follows: On March 10,
2021, Barnesville Police
Department officers ar
rested Robert Jatae Allen
on a misdemeanor theft
offense at 329 College
Drive, Barnesville, Georgia,
the location of a business
named Family Dollar. During
the arrest process, Mr. Allen
requested that the officers
obtain his cell phone from
his car, which was parked
outside of the business.
Officer Ernie McWhorter
complied with Mr. Allen’s
request, but noticed that
there was a strong odor
of marijuana coming from
inside of the vehicle. A
probable cause search of
the vehicle took place and
Officer McWhorter found in
the front passenger com
partment area the following:
a black bag containing three
pistols, $500.00 cash, and
a bottle containing three
different types of pills. The
three pistols are described
as follows: a Keltec model
P-11 pistol (serial number
A5364); a Smith & Wesson
model SW9VE pistol (serial
number DWM1715); and
a Smith & Wesson model
SW380 pistol (serial number
RAE5103). The trunk was
also searched and an
other bag was found that
contained a set of scales,
clear plastic baggies, and
jars containing suspected
marijuana. The scales and
baggies are paraphernalia
typically used in drug trans
actions. A search of Mr.
Allen’s person produced an
other plastic baggie contain
ing several white pills inside
of his sock and an addition
al $587.00 in cash ($257.00
from his right pants pocket
and $330.00 from his left
pants pocket). The pills
found in the vehicle and
on Mr. Allen’s person are
suspected to be oxycodone
weighing more than 1 gram.
The marijuana found in the
vehicle weighs more than
23 grams. The firearms and
cash were ultimately seized
by Officer McWhorter in
Lamar County on March 10,
20201. The Defendant was
charged with the follow
ing offenses: Possession of
Marijuana with Intent to Dis
tribute; Possession of Mari
juana (less than one ounce);
Possession of Drug Related
Objects; and Possession of
a Controlled Substance. The
Defendant has a criminal
history involving previous
narcotics charges.
Claimants who may have

are ROBERT JATAE ALLEN.
Said property was used in
