Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 72 calls.
Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to nine
911 calls.
Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 14 911
calls.
Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to two 911
calls.
Community Ambulance Service responded to 41
calls.
There were eight accidents.
Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served five state
warrants.
Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued six traffic
citations.

Between Monday, November 22 and Sunday, No
vember 28 the Barnesville Police Department made
the following arrests:
Marcal Knolton, 23, 107 Landing View, Barnesville,
disorderly;
Willie Walker, 36, 145 Cordele Ave., Macon, posses
sion of less than an ounce of marijuana, running red
light, reckless driving, DU1, failure to maintain lane
and failure to stop;
Bradford Brown, 36, 504 Cook Rd., Griffin, posses
sion of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Dawn Michelle Wilson, 45, 722 Thomaston St.,
Barnesville, obstructing law enforcement;
Ulysses Eure, 49, 656 Forsyth St., Barnesville, driv
ing without a license;
Marieo Sullivan, 40, 183 Mill St., Barnesville, strik
ing fixed object and two counts DU1;
Charlie Mays, 54, 126 Annie May Harris, Barnes
ville, criminal trespass;

They answered 183 calls for service including:
one moderately injured, one animal complaint, 36

alarms, four damage to property and two harassing
phone calls.
They issued 38 citations including: two possession
of less than an ounce of marijuana, two shoplifting,
one expired tag, one driving without a license, one
no license on person, five speeding, one running red
light, one reckless driving, three DUl’s, one failure to
maintain lane, two failure to stop, three headlight vio
lations, one taillight violation, one tag light violation,
one spotlight, four disorderly, two no thru trucks, one
resisting arrest, one failure to dim headlights, two
criminal trespass and one obstruction.
