Larry Edge, 65, 227 Washington St., Barnesville,
theft by taking;
Noah Newsome, 55, 2551 Chaffin Ridge, Duluth,
possession of methamphetamines, possession and
use of drug related objects and DUE
They issued 50 citations including: two expired
tags, two driving on suspended license, one no li
cense on person, two expired driver’s license, one no
proof of insurance, one noise violation, 16 speeding,
one failure to obey traffic control device, one improp
er parking, one handsfree law, one no helmet, one
failure to yield, one failure to stop, three tail light vio-
rant;

Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies answered 120
calls.
Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 46

Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 20 911

Barnesville Fire Fighters responded to two 911
calls.
Community Ambulance Service responded to 51
calls.
There were eight accidents.
Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies served seven state
warrants.
Lamar County Sheriff’s Deputies issued five traffic
citations.
