the following information un
covered by it:
There are 283 lots or
graves cared for by the own
ers or the association. There
are 276 lots in the new sec
tion whose owners are not
known or do not respond to
letters sent out by the associ
ation. There are 110 graves in
the old section for which no
ownership can be established
and they must be cared for to
have the cemetery look as
beautiful as it does now.
There have been 151 re
i sponses to the letters sent out
I who wish the association to
icare for their lots. Red flags
denote the lots cared for by
the owners who do not wish
work done by the association.
The city is to care for the
streets and drives there.
The public is indebted to
the good men and women who
serve so unselfishly and so
diligently in the behalf of the
(public appearance of the
grounds. The work is done in
overseeing the work there in
addition to much paper work
in keeping records- The ceme
tery is truly a beautiful park
where rest our beloved dead
and the gratitude of the en
tire community belongs to the
officers and members of the
association.
Officers are T. W. Beau
champ, chairman; Mrs. D. F.
Wurst, secretary, and Mrs.
Fred Hodges, treasurer. The
grounds committee is com
