i Some of yon have failed to appreciate the
importance of an announcement in your home
paper, thinking you might squeeze along with
! nut it. and maybe get elected. Well, it may be
that you will. That’s your business. Rut yon
\ w ill have to have tickets, you know. You can l
possibly he elected without votes. And yon
can’t get votes without tickets. Yon want to
: have them with your own name printed in hold
letters on thorn, so that your fiieuds can see it
at a glance, ami know that they arc voting for
| i/Ott. You can't expect to be elected on either
i candidates’ tiekets, for the people would find
1 out that you were trying to sponge your way
into office, and drop von. People don’t admire
stinginess in a candidate*. They like) to see
him whole-souled ami liheral-minde'd. You
; don't want to do that anyway, even if yon
! cemlei. You are compelled to have tickets. We
are* prepared tei print them for you as neatly and
as cheap, as you e’an get it elone anywhere, for
the cash. And we tlo not believe* that there is
a candidate for any office in the county, vvlui is
so eb'ml to his county’s interest, as to seiiel his
; money "ft out of the county for his tiekets.
! when ho can get them done just as neatly and
j for the same money at home, thus keeping the
j money among his constituents. We solicit the
j patronage of every candidate in the county.
