Members'of- the dead farmer’s
family give a different version of
the homicide. They say that
fate was running, when Sheriff
Jarman fired the.shot that result
ed in his death.
Feeling is said to be strongly
against Sheriff Jarman in the
section of the county where Tate
was slain and a report received
here state 1 that Sheriff Jarman,
will be vigorously prosecuted,
