pointed out that farmers who
wish to vote for someone other
than those listed on the ballots
may do so by writing in the name
of the desired person.
Mr. Odum said that farmers
will vote for five persons and the
one receiving the highest nmber
of votes will become chairman of
community ASC committee in
that community and also will be
delegate to the county convention
to elect a county ASC cimmitee.
The person receiving the v cond
highest number of votes will be
come vice-chairman of the com
mittee and alternate delegate to
the county convention.
Mr. Odum pointed out that re
cent changes in ASC regulations
state that no person who has ser
ved all or part of the three im
mediately preceding terms as
community committeeman is eli-

programs, and many other duties,
