•Maintain an active and aggressive
schedule of recruiting events and
visitations.
•Assist the Extension Center Director
in the development and implementa
tion of effective recruitment and re
tention strategies.
•Serves as the point of contact for
creating promotional materials, press
releases, writing articles for promot
ing the college, and other marketing
activities of the College’s marketing
strategic plan in a way that translates
the College’s mission and vision into
strategic student recruitment
•Connect and collaborate with local
high schools and colleges to foster
relationships and recruiting opportu
nities for GMC Zebulon.
•Connect and collaborate with com
munity leaders and business owners

MONTHLY MEETING
6:30 P.M. July 8, 2021
The Pike County Planning Commission will conduct its scheduled monthly meeting on
July 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Pike County Courthouse located at 16001
Barnesville Street, Zebulon, Georgia. The Planning Commission will conduct a PUBLIC
HEARING on the following items:
(1) Rezoning application, REZ-21-02, Turner Brothers, LLC applicant and owner, are re
questing to rezone the property located on McKinley Rd., Zebulon, GA 30295. The subject
property has 2.134 acres and is located in Landlot 224 in the 8th land district of Pike County.
It is further defined as parcel id 066-046 I. Applicant and owner are requesting the proper
ty to be rezoned from A-R, Agricultural-Residential to P-I, Professional and Institutional in
preparation to construct 28,000 square feet of office space in two phases. The public is invited
to attend to speak in favor or in opposition of the request. The Planning Commission will
forward a recommendation to the Board of Commissioner for final decision.
