recorded on December 16,
2003 in Deed Book 497, Page
65, in the Office of the Clerk
of Superior Court of Pike
County, Georgia, said Secu
rity Deed having been given
to secure a Note of even
date, in the original princi
pal amount of One Hundred
Twenty-Three Thousand
Two Hundred and 00/100
dollars ($123,200.00) with
interest thereon as provided
therein, as last transferred to

19, aforesaid records, will

which said plat is recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 57,

restricted against junk yards
and mobile homes.

The debt secured by said
Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due because

events of default, non-pay
ment of the monthly install
ments on said loan. The debt

of paying the same and all ex
