A Wicked Waycross Liar.
Wc reproduce the following from the
Brunswick Times-Advertiser of the 2Sth
Inst. We cannot believe that there is a
man in Waycross so utterly depraved,
an iso completely devoid of truth and
principle as to manufacture from whole
cloth such falsehoods. If such reports
have been sent out from Waycross they
4nust have emenated from parties who do
not reside here. ' This is the extract:
A wicked Waycross liar has tele
graphed on the purjiorted authority of
Dr. Brunner, of Savannah, “after mak
ing a careful investigation of the facts
that there are at lobst ten cases in Bruns
wick to-day,” 25tli. This same coward
ly liar also reports a case at Helena, and
another, a Brunswick lady refugee as \
having been sent from Waycross sick
with the fever to the government quar
antine camps by her relatives.
A Cincinnati friend sends the clipping
of this statement to / the Times-Adver-
tiser. It is only needful to say that
there has !>t*en but three purported cases
pi Brunswick. One of these escaped the
oardon and got into a channel of conva
lescence before she could* be caught.
That is the entire, full, explicit, itemized
statement of yellow fever epidcnic in
Brunswick.
We trust that some outside Good Sa

mischief-making liars, who use the wires

Celery Raising.
One truck fanner in this vicinity who

currency of our fathers. The president
must rely on republican votes to carry
out any such suicidal policy.” The
speech is the topic of the hour, as it is
considered an open declaration of- war
