AN ORDINANCE.
An ordinance making it unlawful
.far any person to maintain any waste,
standing or stagnant water on his
premises within the City of Waycrosh.
Section 1. Be It ordained by the
Mayor and Aldermen of the City of
Waycross and It Is hereby ordained
by authority of the same, that It shall
be unlawful for any person to suffer
and waste, standing or stagnant wa
ter to remain upon any lot or vucant
ground, by him owned or occupied, In
any pan of the City of Waycross.
Section 2. Any such person vio
lating the provision of Section one
of this ordinance, on conviction In
the police court, shall be punished as
prescribed In Section 23 of the char
ter of the City of Waycross

Waycross, sUte and county aforesaid,

I. That they desire to form a rail
road corporation pursuant to the pro
visions of the act of the General As
sembly of Georgia, approved Decem
ber 20th, 189*.
II. The name of the railroad com
pany for which petitioners thus seek
incorporation Is to be, “Waycross, Ha-
• Ilia & Ht. Marys Railway Co," The
same not br ing the name of any ex
isting railroad corporaGon in the state
of Georgia.
III. Tht* length m said road as near
as can be estimated will be about one
hundred nnd ten (110) miles.
IV. Said road will run from the
City of Waycross in a southeasterly
direction, crossing the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad at a point known* ns
Winokur or near thereto, In the coun
ty of Charlton, uni continuing thence
by wuy of Bull Head Bluff on the Sa-
tiiln* river and crossing the Seaboard
Air Line Railroad at Klagsland or
near there, to tho City of St. Marys on
the St. Marys river. Said road Is
ulso to ruu from Bull Head Bluff to a
point on tho Georgia Southern &
Florida Railway known as St. George
Station by way of Folkaton. crossing
the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad at
Folk?Jr-n. Said road from Waycroaa
to the town of 8t. Marys and from
Bull Head Bluff, traversing tho coun-
ties of Ware, Pierce, Charltea and
Camden respectively.
V. The amount of proponed capital
stock Is two hundred thousand ($20$,•
000.00) dollars, the name being divid
ed la shares of one handed ($100.00)
dollars each, with tho privilege of in
creasing to one mllltoa ($1,000,000.00)
dollars, nil of said stock to be com
mon stock of equal dignity.
Petitioners desire ts be incor
porated as aforesaid for and during
the term af thirty yearn with tie priv
ilege of renewing their charter at the
expiration of said thirty years.
The principal office of the
proponed Incorporation will be In the
City of Waycross. In the State and
County aforesaid.

secure subscription to the capital
