written permit may be given by the
City Council for the storage In quanti
ties in excess of 100 pounds and no*
exceeding 600 pounds provided the
calcium carbide Is stored in not ex
ceeding 100-pound packages In sealed
Iron receptables. In such buildings
no artificial or fire other than Ifiban-
descent electric light shall be permit
ted.
