The length of the railroad to be con
structed Is about ten (10) miles. The
general direction shall be from a point
at or a short distance beyond the
Northwestern boundary ot the City of
Waycross In the State of Georgia,
county of Ware; and the general dir-
lection shall be Southerly and South-
stcrly from the City of Waycross
In Ware County.
Said railroad shall run through
Ware County in the State of Georgia.
The principal place to and through
which said railroad is to be eonstuc-
ted is the City of Waycross, to-wlt,
from a point near tho Northwestern
limits of said city into nnd through
the City of Waycross to a point South
erly and Southwesterly therefrom to
