In pursuance of An Act of the General
Aaaemhly of the State of Georgia, ap
proved December 20tb, 1893, provlo
fng for the incorporation of hanking
companies by the Secretary of State,
and Acts amendatory thereof, same
being codified in Sections 1903. et
eeq., of the Civil Code of Georgia of
189ft, bring this our petition and file
this our declaration In writing, signed
by each of us. and respectfully show:
J. That we desire to form a cor
poration and to he Incorporated for
the purpose of carrying on the busi
ness of hanking and doing a general
hanking business, with all lights, pow
ers and privileges granted and pro
vided in said Act, and especially those
set out In Sections 1907, 190H and
1909 of the Civil Code of Georgia of
J895, and any and ail Acts amenda
tory of said Sections or either of them.
2. The name and style of tho pro
posed corporation shall he “The Cit
izens Bank of Waycross.’*
3. The location and principal place
of business of said hank shall ho In
the City of Waycross, In thfc County
of Ware and State of Georgia.
4. The amount of capital stock of
said hank is Fifty Thousand f$50,-
000) dollars, divided Into BOO shares
of the par value of one hundred dol
lar* each, all of which has been sub
scribed and the sum of Fifteen Thous
and $lft,0ftii) dollars of the capital
subscribed has actually been paid In
by the subscriber*; and petitioners
desires the right to Increase same to
any amount not exceeding Two Hun
dred and Fifty $($250,000) Thousand
Dollars ns provided by law.

ture und officials trained and skilled
in this work.

ing crops, and go from Held to Held
und actually observe it all for your
