Another definite step in the programme for stalrllshrcrnt of a Canadian navy taken here today with the foi- tral opening of the new Naval Col- \ lege for the traalning of naval radela. Hon. Lonla P. Brodenr. Minister of Marine and Fisheries and of Naval Service, and a number of other pub- He officials attended the opening.
