Savannah, Oa., March 1.—Mr. O. H. Markham, President of the Illi nois Central railway and also of the Central railway and Ocean Steam ship Company will hit the eGorgla Central tomorrow on a tour of in spection which in expected to carry him from one end of It to the other. He will strike the Central at Blrm- ! # Ingham tomorrow morning and will J bo met there by Vice-President Win- burn and Lawton and will come to Savannah Saturday night or Sunday morning. It Is expected he will re main here until some time Monday. The trip is to he made In a spec ial train.
