The terms of payment to bo made as follows: Ono half (1-2) of the contract price to be paid as the work progresses, ihe remaining ono half (1-2) to be paid twelve (12) months from the completion and acceptance of same, and tho deferred payment to bear interest at the rate of six per centtum per annum.
