Insurgents Near Juarez.
Juarez, Mexico, March 24.—It was
reported today that bands of Insur-
rcctos had been seen from the house
tops and the Mexican troops which
garrison Juarez showed renewed ac
tivity.
Groat uneasiness Is felt In the town

General Navarro sent out a troop of
