Revenues for the County of Ware In
vito bids for the construction and
©reelIon of a modern Jail and Jailors
home, the building thereof to ho con
structed either of brick or reinforced
concrete, according to tho plans and
specifications now on file In the offi
ces of aid Commissioners.
Tho terms of payment to be made
as follows: One half (1-2) of the
contract prlco to ho puld as the work
progresses, (he remaining one half
(1-2) to he paid twelve (12) months
from tho completion and uccoptaneo
of same, and tho deferred payment
to bear Interest at tho rate of six per
cent turn per annum.
A certified check for Twenty Five
Dollars ($25) will bo required to be
made payable to and deposited with
K. J. Berry, Clerk of tho Commis
sioners, from nil prospective bidders
who obtain a copy of tho plans and
specifications, the same to bo return-
vd upon tjio return of tho plans and
specifications.
A certified check made payable to
K. J. Berry, the Clerk of said Commls
sloners for Twenty Five Hundred Dol-
laig ($2,500.00) must accompany each
bid, before the same will be connta-
ered, amt to all unsusecessful bidders,
the same will bo returned. Tho chock
of the successful bidder will be re
tained by the Commissioners uktil
such bidder has tuado a good and
jufflclent bond with approved seevri-
ty, guaranteeing tho completion ot
the contract !n the terms of his »li.
Upon his failure to comply with this
requirement as to giving bond within
ten days after tho awarding of the
contract, the aarno will bo ferfetted
to the county.
Bids will bo received up to noon
ct April 20th, 1911, at which tims the
