erection of a modern jail and Jailors
heme, the building thereof to be con
structed cither of brick or reinforced
concrete, according to the plans and
specifications now on f e in the offi
ces of aid Commission.’rs.
The terms of payment to bo made*
as follows: One half (1-2) of the
contract price to bo paid as the work
progresses, i he remaining one half
(1-2) to be paid twelve (12) months
from tho completion and acceptance
of same, and the deferred payment
to bear interest at tho rate of six per

Dollars ($25) will be required to bt
made payable to and deposited with
F. ’ J. Derry, Clerk of the Commis
sioners, from all prospective bidders
ho obtain a ropy of the plans and
specifications, the name to be return-
